As with the other County of Marin websites, the internal site has not been redesigned in many years.

I consulted as the user experience and visual designer providing numerous services including doing research and strategy, interviewing users and stakeholders, doing site maps, information architecture, design concept maps, branding, and visual designs.

One of the biggest challenges was doing the developing in SharePoint 2010 since the package itself is not user friendly. I developed concepts and storyboards to explore out-of-the-box thinking for more intuitive interaction as well as visual appeal. Also did the SharePoint2010 programming for the prototype.
