Owners.com is the largest for-sale-by-owners online marketplace for real estate. I worked as the user experience designer and artist, redesigning the site on a dynamic basis for improved usability, visual appeal, and customer response.

To the left is the homepage after I initially redesigned it compared to the old homepage. There was nearly a 50% jump in conversation rates with the new redesign.

Some of the work I did included redesigning the information architecture and how transactions are presented and formatted, complete visual redesign of the site, simplifying presentation of large quantities of information, and doing A/B testing.

My role also included creating brochures, banners, postcards, online newsletters and email campaigns.
