The County of Marin is updating their external and internal websites to provide better service to users. I consulted as the lead designer providing numerous services for both of these projects.

For the external site, I worked as the user experience and visual designer providing numerous services including working closely with stakeholders, doing research and strategy, contextual interviews, process flows, templates, visual designs, design specs, as well as doing user testing and communicating the design and process to the Board of Supervisors.
